General

VersaFleet™ is SaaS-based, so no installation is required at all. All you need is a web browser like Google (highly recommended) Chrome or Safari.

VersaFleet™ has bank-level security, including session encryption, anti cross-site request forgery, and database encryption. So you can be rest assured that your data is stored safely.

No. VersaFleet™ mainly focuses on operations planning and the operator-to-driver communication. To complement these functions, we do recommend using GPS tracking solutions. If your fleet doesn’t have GPS, you can work with any one of our partners from our Panel of GPS Partners. We have a BYOG (Bring Your Own GPS) scheme where we prefer to work with your existing GPS-tracking provider. If your GPS-tracking provider is not listed, just introduce us to them.

Everything! We let you experience the full capabilities of VersaFleet™ right from the outset.

It’s very fast. You can do it within the day. All you need is a login and a password from us and you’re good to go. It’s that easy. We also provide Onboarding services for FREE if you want more assistance in using VersaFleet™.

You don’t have to possess IT knowledge, you just focus on logistics, and we will cover every technical issue for you. We will ensure that VersaFleet™ will be available to you 99% of the time, but if you have any problems, just make a phone call, and everything will be taken care of by us.

VersaFleet™ is built using Application Programming Interface (API) standards, that enable easy integration of VersaFleet™ with your existing systems. If you are not sure what APIs are, you can look it up here. Our APIs are published openly in our API library. If you outsource your deliveries but still wish to keep track of the job statuses, then MyJobs is for you! MyJobs allows you to push jobs directly to your transporter’s VersaFleet™ account. As they finish the job, you can see the live progress of its completion. Recommend VersaFleet™ to your transporter and you will get a discount for your MyJobs account! Of course! As long as you have access to the internet, you can use VersaFleet™ anywhere in the world.

The Casual Referral Program is a way for non-VersaFleet™ users to earn some credits and gifts by spreading the word on VersaFleet™ to friends! Credits/gifts will be awarded based on the number of successful referrals – your friends who successfully become VersaFleet™ users. Yes, it is possible to use VersaFleet™ on its own. VersaDrive™ acts as a mobile runsheet which your drivers carry around to complete jobs and update status. Without VersaDrive™, you can print out physical runsheets from VersaFleet™. However, please note that you will not be able to get real-time notifications on the status of the jobs and it can be difficult to trigger SMS or/and email notifications.

VersaFleet™ Features

There is an “Update VersaDrive™” button in VersaFleet™. After you are done planning and assigning jobs to drivers, simply hit the button and the jobs will appear immediately in VersaDrive™.

Definitely. And the best part, they will know instantly!

When you are in VersaFleet™, there will be a notification icon. So, get notified immediately while planning. Alternatively, choose to be notified by SMS and/or email.

Your customers & consignees can also get notifications upon completed delivery.

Yes, VersaDrive™ allows your drivers to specify if it is a successful or unsuccessful delivery. It also allows your drivers to select their reasons for delivery failures. Your operator will be notified through VersaFleet™ at the same time. Your customers & consignees can also be notified on the status of the deliveries too.

We can send SMS notifications to anywhere in the world. Just be sure to include the country code when you key in the contact number and the SMS will be sent.

No. VersaFleet™ itself does not do billing and invoicing. If you need billing and invoicing features, Xero, a cloud accounting software, can take care of it for you. (Yes, we’re integrated with Xero!) Your data from VersaFleet™ will be forwarded to Xero so you don’t have to key in everything all over again. Ask us about Xero at customers@versafleet.co.

VersaDrive™

Yes! VersaDrive™ is both available in iOS and Android. It can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store respectively.

Not much data is required for VersaDrive™. Assuming one driver does about 50 jobs a day, for 5 days a week, for 4 weeks a month and that VersaDrive™ tracking is active throughout the day, the data consumption for the month is approximately 1.0 GB.

VersaDrive™ only runs on KitKat (Android 4.4), Lollipop (Android 5.0), Marshmallow (Android 6.0) or higher.

Yes, it can. As long as it is an Android phone of a compatible version, VersaDrive™ can work. Just note that your drivers will not be able to take pictures if their smartphone doesn’t have a camera.

Pricing

No, Xero is not included in the VersaFleet™ pricing. Xero is an Add-On Partner to complement VersaFleet™ and additional subscription costs will be charged separately.

We separate the pricings for VersaFleet™ and VersaDrive™ to suit businesses who scale their team of drivers up and down depending on peak and non-peak periods. To reflect this flexible arrangement, we split up the pricing according to per-company and per-driver. After all, it’s the nature of being a SaaS – pay-as-you-operate!

SMS charges are not included in the price plans available on the website. Within VersaFleet™ itself, you can top up credit to send SMS according to your needs. When those SMS run out, you can top up again according to how much you require. This gives you full control of whether you would like to enable this feature and how much you would like to invest in SMS notifications.

Payment

You are billed monthly for our services.

Under the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) scheme, VersaFleet™ is a Pre-Approved Solution Provider in the SMEs Go Digital programme by IMDA. Eligible SMEs can receive funding support of up to 50% of qualifying costs, capped at 12 months subscription.

Of course we can! Just drop us a note and we will bill you annually. Better yet, you get a 10% discount monthly when you do so.

As there is no contract, you are free to cancel your subscription at any point in time.
